People from all over Bedford County donate their gently used items to us to sell in our Fundraising Sales. Our building transforms into a thrift store, boutique, and more, and all proceeds go directly towards our programs.
If you are cleaning out your house, garage, business, or storage unit and need a place to donate items, please consider bringing them to us!
Below is the donation schedule and what we do and don’t accept!
We accept the following donations year-round:
(Open for drop-offs on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.)
- Clothing (all seasons)
- Belts
- Shoes
- Hats
- Handbags
- Decorative Pillows
- Linens (Bed, Bath, and Kitchen)
- Curtains
We accept everything listed above, PLUS the following items from February until September 21st**, 2024 (Open for drop-offs on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. and Saturdays, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.)
**UPDATE: Due to the extreme generosity of the community this sales season, our building is at capacity! We will stop receiving the following donations on August 31st, 2024.

Items we do not accept:
- Box TVs, computer components, and printers
- Books, VHS, and cassette tapes
- Large exercise equipment
- Badly worn, torn, or stained upholstered furniture
- Mattresses
